Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing with Tropical Aquarium. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the time of order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Fridays or weekends.

Shipping fees

some rates are displayed at checkout if your rate is not displayed please contact us for a shipping quote. Some of the items on our website are for ‘Pick up instore only” due to their fragile nature of them. Please see each listing for details on whether an individual item can be shipped or not. Some stock is available by special order only, for example: Custom-made fish tanks. Please contact us for a quote on prices for shipping or collection.

We currently ship within Australia only.

If you receive your order and items are damaged or broken, please email us at rob@tropicalaquarium.com.au with your invoice or order number, your name, and clear photos of the broken or damaged item/s.
