Turquoise Rainbow (Melanotaenia lacustris) are schooling fish, best to keep both male and females together to bring out the best color in them and to keep them at peace with each other

Origin – Lake Kutubu and its outlet in southern Papua New Guinea

Diet – Omnivorous

PH Range – 7 – 8.5

Temperature – Tropical and Coldwater 21°c – 26°c

Breed Type – Egg Scattered 

Size – up to 12cm
