Phoenix Tetra (Hemigrammus filamentosus)

The Phoenix Tetra have a body which is gray-silver, with fins that are red with white extensions. This fish is quite an active fish, commonly darting around the tank. They are a peaceful, non aggressive and hardy fish, perfect for a community aquarium. They grow to approx 2 inches. Diet can include quality flake, live or frozen foods.
