Pristella Tetra (Pristella maxillaris)

The Pristella Tetra is an active schooling fish. They have a silvery yellow body which is quite transparent. In addition to this, its dorsal and anal fins have white tips and a striking stripe pattern of a yellow, followed by a black stripe. They grow to approx 3cm in size and should be kept in groups of atleast 6. The Pristella Tetra will enjoy a good-quality flake food, brine shrimp, and even frozen treats like bloodworms.
