Silver Tip Tetra (Hasemani nana)

The Silver Tip Tetra has golden-yellow fins, each one dotted with bright silver at the tips, which is how these fish get their name. On the base of the tailfin, the Silver Tip Tetras have a distinct black mark which extends into the caudal fork and is flanked on both sides by a touch of yellow. They are quite a lively but peaceful fish who have an average body size of 3cm, however they can grow to a maximum length of 5cm.
