Torpedo Barb (Denison barb)

The Denison Barb or otherwise known as the red-line Torpedo Barb gets its name off the vibrant red line to goes halfway down the middle of the body of the fish, just above a black line that goes all the way down to the fins. An adult Denison Barb can grow up to 4.5 inches or in some cases, slightly bigger. They can become aggressive and troublesome is kept by themselves or in pairs, if kept in a group they can become a peaceful group along with allowing them to thrive and colour more vibrantly. They enjoy eating bine shrimp and bloodworms along with also eating vegetables.
